Grandfather of Mr. Sinan Yetkin, Mr. Bedrettin Oztemir, founded the company in 1952, which then became the leading carpet manufacturer for many years. Father of Mr. Sinan Yetkin, Mr. Erol Yetkin, after working for Gumussuyu Carpet for more than 15 years, founded Inter Hali Ltd. in 1992. Inter Hali Ltd., mother company of SEM Contracting & Consulting, is the leading Carpet Contractor, manufacturer in the sector, serving throughout Turkey, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Our founder, Mr. Sinan Yetkin, started SEM Contracting & Consulting in 2014 after 17 years in Hotel Contract business with Inter Hali Ltd. He had successfully supplied and led more than 120 World Famous Hotel Projects, including; Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Ciragan Kempinski, Corinthia Nevskij Palace St. Petersburg, Shangri La, Turkmenistan Presidential Buildings, Swissotel, Hyatt Dushanbe, Radisson Batumi, etc..
